Founded in 1970 by Luigi Sartirani to produce small stainless steel kitchen appliances, FERPLAST developed rapidly and specialized in the production of floor drains. The experience gained in working with stainless steel has given FERPLAST the indispensable knowledge of how to offer high quality, functional and efficient products, both in the Italian and foreign markets, which are recognized for the elegance and attention to design typical of Made in Italy.
Since the end of the 1990s, the company has been under the management of Luigi's daughter, Laura Sarterani, who has transformed FERPLAST into a leading manufacturer of domestic and commercial drainage systems made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel. FERPLAST products have been selected and installed in some of the most iconic buildings around the world: the skyscraper Burj Khalifa, the stunning sail-shaped Burj Al Arab, and the iconic Atlantis The Palm hotel, to name a few.
FERPLAST designers have always paid great attention to the ever-evolving taste and needs of today's bathroom. So alongside improving on the traditional square floor drains (200 x 200, 150 x 150, 100 x 100 and 80 x 80mm), which has made the company so successful over the years, they designed LINEARDRAIN shower channels and tile stand drains. A perfect combination of elegant appearance, functionality and efficiency, it not only meets all the practical and aesthetic requirements of modern bathrooms, but also eliminates the need for traditional shower trays.
In 2015 a new line was launched: 900 x 100 and 600 x 100 mm LINEARDRAIN IN-TILE, designed to create complete integration between the drainage channel and the surrounding floor.
In 2016 new dimensions of LINEARDRAIN IN-TILE series and tile rack were introduced.
New launch for 2017 is the MODULAR LINEARDRAIN IN-TILE with standard extension from 200 to 1200mm with an innovative width of 40mm.
