Exchange and return policy

1- The customer has the right to return some or all of the products he ordered within seven (7) days from the date he received the order, with the exception of non-returnable products.

2- The customer will bear the fees for (cancellation/amendment/non-receipt/return) of the order, if any.

3- The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and has not been subjected to any damage caused by a return to the customer, and the store will verify this before completing the return.

4- The customer is responsible for returning the product to the store, whether by shipping or hand-delivering it in the city. The returned products must arrive at the store, or be delivered to the shipping company, within the period mentioned above.

5- The process of returning the refund amount to the customer takes a period ranging between 1-10 working days after the store receives the returned product, depending on the method through which the amount will be returned.

6- If fragile products are shipped, please check them before receiving them. If the customer receives them broken, the customer is considered responsible for them.

7- If the customer wants to cancel the order, the electronic payment fee, which is 3%, will be deducted.

8- It is not allowed to cancel or modify the order after receiving it from the shipping company.
