Warranty and maintenance

The invoice must be presented when the technician arrives to you. You can issue it by logging into your account in the store, then My Orders, and viewing the invoice. In most cases, you do not need to print the invoice.

The warranty provided by the agent is for manufacturing defects. If the product is installed incorrectly, the warranty period has expired, or is out of warranty, a certain fee will be deducted during the technician’s visit.

The service is provided at the product site (no need to disassemble the part)

Please note that you will be responded to and a visit appointment will be set according to the company’s available capabilities.

Please do not disassemble the product unless requested by maintenance.

The policy of replacing the part in the event of damage or malfunction is to replace it by its agent after inspection and verification.
